Tyyni Terms of Use

Tyyni is operated by Zenbox Inc. Zenbox Inc. provides services to users through tyyni in accordance with the provisions of this agreement, and this agreement has the legal effect of a contract between the user and Zenbox Inc. We remind users to carefully read and fully understand the terms of this agreement, especially the terms of limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and applicable laws. By registering, logging in, or using tyyni, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

Tyyni provides insights and suggestions based on parenting and psychological knowledge for informational and learning purposes. These suggestions:

Zenbox Inc. strives to provide helpful insights through tyyni to address parenting challenges and support your journey. To enhance the credibility and authority of our content, we also collaborate with professional institutions. However, the effectiveness of these insights depends on individual circumstances, and Zenbox Inc. cannot guarantee specific outcomes or assume liability for decisions made based on tyyni’s suggestions.




User Registration


  1. Users must read and agree to all terms in this agreement and complete the registration process to access tyyni services.
  2. By registering, users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date personal information and update it as needed. Zenbox Inc. reserves the right to terminate accounts with false or incomplete registration information.
  3. All information provided during registration is voluntary, and users are solely responsible for ensuring its accuracy.



User Account


  1. Upon successful registration, users receive a unique account for accessing tyyni services. The user is responsible for securing their username and password.
  2. Any actions performed through the user account will be considered as the user’s own, and the user bears full legal responsibility.
  3. Users must immediately report any unauthorized use or security breaches to Zenbox Inc. Zenbox Inc. is not liable for damages resulting from user negligence.



Information Collection and Use


  1. Tyyni collects necessary information, such as usernames, email addresses, and journal entries, to provide personalized recommendations.
  2. Users must ensure the accuracy and completeness of provided information. Tyyni will not be held responsible for issues caused by incomplete or inaccurate user data.
  3. Zenbox Inc. does not share users' personal information with unrelated third parties except in the following cases:
    • With the user’s explicit consent.
    • As required by law or government authorities.
    • As necessary to provide requested services or features.
    • During mergers, acquisitions, or other business transactions, where user data may be transferred as part of the assets.

Family Advice Disclaimer


  1. Tyyni’s suggestions are tailored to your inputs and designed for general informational purposes. These recommendations:
    • Do not replace individual therapeutic or medical interventions.
    • Should not be used to address acute mental health crises.
  2. Users are responsible for applying suggestions at their discretion and should seek professional advice for serious concerns.
  3. Zenbox Inc. assumes no responsibility for any adverse effects arising from the use or interpretation of tyyni’s suggestions.



Change of Rules


Zenbox Inc. may update or modify service terms as needed. These changes will be reflected in updated versions of this agreement, and continued use of tyyni constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.




Intellectual Property


  1. Zenbox Inc. owns the intellectual property rights for tyyni’s content, design, and related assets. These are protected by national and international laws.
  2. Without explicit written permission, no part of tyyni’s content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes.
  3. Users violating intellectual property rights may face legal consequences.



Limitation of Liabilities


  1. Zenbox Inc. is not responsible for:
    • User misunderstandings or misapplications of tyyni’s recommendations.
    • Unauthorized account usage caused by user negligence.
    • Loss of data or service interruptions due to events beyond Zenbox Inc.’s control, including but not limited to technical failures, natural disasters, or third-party actions.
  2. Tyyni provides tools to back up user data; however, Zenbox Inc. is not liable for data loss due to user error or external factors.



Termination of Service


  1. Users may terminate their accounts by deleting in the app account settings.
  2. Zenbox Inc. reserves the right to terminate a user account for violations of this agreement or applicable laws.
  3. Upon termination, Zenbox Inc. retains the right to pursue legal action for any prior misconduct.



User Guidelines


Users are prohibited from:

  1. Using tyyni to engage in illegal or unethical activities.
  2. Disrupting the service or attempting unauthorized access to tyyni’s systems.
  3. Misusing tyyni for commercial purposes without prior consent.
  4. Utilizing tyyni’s suggestions, courses, or content for any non-personal or commercial purposes without explicit written consent from Zenbox Inc.
  5. Copying, redistributing, or reproducing tyyni’s content, including but not limited to text, audio, videos, and interactive materials, for any purpose without prior written permission.
  6. Scraping, reverse-engineering, or otherwise attempting to extract or replicate tyyni’s proprietary algorithms, data, or intellectual property.

Violations may result in account suspension or legal action.




Law Applications and Disputes


In case of disputes, both parties shall strive for amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Zenbox Inc.’s jurisdiction.
